History
Since 1985, Café Stein offers a place for every former and future Viennese student. Being positioned in the ninth Viennese district, our Café is close to the city center and Ringstraße. The nice view of the famous Votivkirche invites many business people, tourists, students and many more to stop by. The mix of Viennese charm and a modern hot spot add up to a cosy retro-chic-style.

Our motto is: A good day start at Café Stein – with delicious breakfast varieties as well as for early birds as for late risers, afterwards you can enjoy an attractive lunch menu at an amazing price and enjoy your afternoon and evening with your loved ones in a relaxing atmosphere. Our large spaces are suitable for anything – from studying and working up to relaxing and enjoying.

SPACE
Our café can be seen as a second living room, meeting point for students or a relaxing area for friends and family. Small groups as well as big crowds can find the right place in our spacious rooms. The inner area offers 200 seats on 3 floors. Our garden also offers 200 seats and both the inner area and garden are available for various events with different group sizes. Of course, free WiFi is available for our guests.
