A café table or a private bar for your party?
For a meal at a regular café table, book 1–7 guests through Zenchef; for eight or more, use the group form. Special room requests and celebrations in Stein’s Diners are always arranged directly with the café, for parties of at least eight guests. Tell the team about any speeches, music or programme you have in mind.
For a birthday, family celebration or company party, agree an arrival time and an approximate duration. If you are coming after a wedding, graduation or another ceremony, allow for its finishing time and your guests’ journey.
An additional fee applies to private use of Stein’s Diners. Ask about the total cost for your date and discuss which food, drinks and services are included. The exact amount and conditions are agreed with the café.
Plan food, speeches and equipment together
Explain whether you want a shared meal, drinks or a presentation. Agree the number of guests, room layout, food, drinks and equipment with the café for your enquiry. A room photograph does not guarantee particular equipment.
Agree the food and any dietary requirements with the team. Mention equipment you would bring or plans for your own music. If you need a projector, explicitly check its availability and how your laptop would connect to it.
What to include in your first enquiry
You do not need a finished programme. Dates and guest numbers can remain open in an event enquiry; use the message to describe what you have in mind so far. These details help the team discuss the next steps.
