What is a Melange?
The Vienna Tourist Board describes a Melange as coffee based on espresso or Mokka, with warm milk and milk foam. This explains the Viennese term, rather than setting an exact recipe or ratio for every café.
If you are choosing between a Melange and a cappuccino, ask how Café Stein prepares them. Explaining whether you prefer more or less milk is more useful than assuming the names mean exactly the same thing everywhere.
Milk preferences and something sweet
“Oat Milk Surcharge” appears as a separate extra. Mention your preference when ordering and check whether it suits your chosen coffee. Changing the milk does not establish the ingredients or possible allergen traces in the whole drink.
For something sweet alongside, browse desserts such as “Apple Strudel” in the food menu. Check the listed extras too. If an ingredient affects your choice, discuss it with the team before ordering.

Where can I find the price of a coffee variant?
